My husband has been in ICU for over 6 months now, and almost EVERY month i have to have a fight with Cell C because they suspend his account, even though i pay it on time. December i paid the account on the 24th and guess what? Today they suspend the account again. PS: I PAID THIS ACCOUNT WITH MY MONEY!!! I call the Call Centre and they tell me they cant accept proof of payment from me and cannot assist me
AT ALL as i am not the account holder, even though for the LAST SIX MONTHS i have been dealing with this EVERY MONTH! I need someone to please sort this out for me. I have enough stress on my plate with my husband being in ICU to still deal with this EVERY MONTH. PLEASE HELP!
