My husband has been in hospital in ICU for more than 4 months and in the mean time his bank account has been closed and i have manage to get Cell C to cancel the debit order request and allow me to pay every month manually, which i have done EVERY MONTH on time. But EVERY month the cell phone service gets suspended and EVERY month i have to phone in and have a fight with the call centre agents which do not want to help me because i am not the account holder, even though i explain to them that my husband is lying in ICU with a pipe down his throat and is unable to talk. And EVERY month eventually after all the fighting and all the explaining head office end up helping me, but i do not have the energy and the time to fight every month to get the services unsuspended.
