SUSPEND WITHOUT REASON

This is the 4th row in a month that they have suspended my account. If I pay before the due date - they suspend. If I pay on the due date - they suspend! My current payment reflex on my statement - so how can I be suspended!!!
In my previous complaint I said that because it was their error both times and I had to use MY airtime to phone them and eventuaaly never got through I will be subtracting that from my monthly fee.
I even logged a complaint online within te next few days - but were never answered.
So I did pay more than 95% of my account - and they suspend!!! What happened to day rate???
I demand that you phone me as I cannot even watch theSABC channels now which I am entitled to.
And please don't reply with that 24 hour response because you didn't resolve it the last time. I had to phone again and sort it out!!!
