Last Month my Cell C Account was suspended due to the debit order on the account not going off, so on the 21st of August I Went to my bank and payed the money over and went to Cellc With my proof of payment and then they activated the service for me again. Yesterday (03.09.2013) they suspended my account again because the cellc branch in menlyn never faxed Head office my proof of payment and now they wont active my account again because my mother is the account holder Which I Have explain to them that she cannot call them because she lives in botswana. This is unexeptable How can they suspend my account due to incompetence on their side. They have never disappointed me befoe and now in the last month they have completely distroyed the good reputation that they had. If this carries on I will have no choice but to cancel my CellC Contract.
