Suspension of account after it has been paid

I have been in a war with Autopage for the past 3 months now. I pay my account via eft every single month and forward them proof of payment via email, yet every month I get smses saying that my account has not been paid and then they suspend my account. I phone them every month and have a huge fight with the incompetent people working there. When phoning they tell me the one minute they are missing September 2012 payment and the next minute that it is December's payment that they are missing. They suspended my account today again because they did not receive my January payment as yet, although it was done on the 29th of January already. Every time I have to pay reconnection fee which is not fair as it is their problem and their fault, but if I do not pay, they do not connect my phone again. This is daylight and they need to employ people who knows what they are doing there. Today when phoning them again for the 15th time I got told that they have a back log on their payment allocations... now I have to pay the price for their problem and be disconnected until THEY get time to allocate my payment!!!
