I have requested a migration on the 19th Dec 2013. I have received a sms saying that it was completed successfully. On the 1st of the month i called and learned that this was never processed, i ask the consultant why I received an sms, saying that it was so i asked if she can process it, then i called again the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and still nothing has happened. I am very frustrated as nothing is being done about this, i just spoke to another lady called Kell and she confirmed that no one has taken ownership of this issue. I am furious and want to cancel my contract with them and want my money back.
