A consultant called me to try and get me to migrate my contract which after saying NO, the consultant continued to push and after a phone call for roughly half an hour I gave in to her persistence. This is clearly a breach of the NCA by having an overly pushy consultant, NO means NO! I then called on 20 May 2013 to cancel the migration and revert back to my original contract, this was then not done until I called back on 06 June 2013. Now because of the migration my monthly account has increased by 50%, which was not budgeted for. At the same time, my contract can only be migrated back to the original contract at the end of June, again a pain!
