MTN incompitance / MTN Silverton bad service

I received my monthly statement in March which charged me for the 350 topup contract and my ipad added even though the migration hadn't gone through yet and I was still on a 250topup contract. I contacted MTN on the 16th of March at 2pm and spoke to Nomdela. I requested information on the migration of the new contract as well as cancelling the sms200 bundle. My reference number 98098111.The 2nd of April I contacted MTN again at 11:10 and was once again assured that the sms200 bundle was indeed cancelled successfully and the migration was in process and will be completed by the 14th of April. The 14th of April I received an sms stating I'm subscribed to sms200 bundle and the anniversary date is 15 May 2013. I contacted MTN 11:00am Sunday 14 April 2013. The lady once again said the sms bundle was cancelled and I must push *141# just to confirm and then call MTN back. I did as she asked me to and yes indeed the sms bundle had not been deleted as I so many times requested and confirmed. I phoned MTN again at 11:05am and spoke to Raol who said the bundle had been cancelled minutes earlier. Disgusted I asked what happened to my requests of the 16 of March and then again the 2nd of April?
