In a democracy like South Africa something must be done to curb the unlawful practices of Mira Network and the local cell companies. They are South Africans of thousand of rand every month and no one seems to take responsibility. Although we are charged by the cell company, they say they are not responsible for third parties. Yet, BY NOW, after hundreds of complaints, they are AWARE of the works of this company! Mira Networks cannot be reached, the number 011 214 2714 (given by MTN) is a crossline, and the call centre is packed. What's next? Thanks MTN for looking after your clients. Can't wait to renew my contract with you next year.
