Migration request failure

In May 2013 I went to the Vodacom shop in Tygervalley to request a migration from EveryDay Off-peak 120 to a Top Up 200. I was assisted by a consultant, Theo, who told me it would be activated on the 1st of June. It was not done and I went to the shop again in June. The consultant, Theo, phoned the call centre who then spoke to me and apologized saying that it was a mistake on their side and that the migration would take affect on 1 July 2013. On the 5th of July the migration was still not active so I went into the store again. Theo again called the call centre who informed him that it would be active in 48 hours. I have since received a sms stating the migration would only take affect on 1 Aug 2013? I have also tried this whole week to clear the matter with the store and spoke to Louise & Anine but with no avail. They just don't get back to me. This is absolutely pathetic service for a customer that spends almost R600 per month with them? I demand a credit of R200 per month dated back to June for the difference I had to pay for the more expensive contract! Otherwise I want my current contract cancelled (there are only 2 months left) so that I can go to MTN or CellC.
