Information got lost

After a month that we tupgraded we still didn't receive the device we phoned Vodacom and cancelled the upgrade they said we can go to a Vodashop today and upgrade there. When we phoned again today they had norecord of it and theysaid it is going to take another 3 days before we can upgrade again.
