Faulty Telkom line, no replies and no assistance

I have been trying to get Telkom to fix my land line that can receive calls but not make calls. It's been a month since my first report, they have come to the site to fix it, but the problem still persists. I've been on hold for 25 minutes trying to speak to an operator and when I try the SMS tactic, it tells me that there's already a fault logged on that phone number. Well, than fix it! This is ridiculous, we've been paying for a service we don't get and they're impossible to get hold of. And since I'm phoning them from my mobile, I'm now paying for that too. This is unacceptable, please sort it out.
