I just placed an order via [URL Removed] and when they returned with the delivery date I noticed that it's the incorrect address I selected as I expected it to be delivered sooner. When I phoned as I have done before I was informed that they are unable to change the address. My options are to either cancel everything and re-order however seeing as I paid with ebucks it will only be refunded in 48 hours... or I can wait and phone the courier to change the address .. but wait I'm going to be a Guateng and the original delivery addr is Easter Cape... so who's going to pay for the change... mmmm... lets guess. But wait they are looking at it so I can phone in every day to see if they've managed to fix the bug yet. Best online company... HAHAHA... it's xmas .. people are on holiday and mistakes is going to happen. NOT IMPRESSED!
