My relative 92 years and a Telkom pensioner after working for 47 years in the GPO moved to a Old Age Home end November. I applied for her landline to be transferred a.s.a.p. An initial email request was sent dated 4 December and todate 4 follow up telephone calls - each time waiting - hour for a response from the operator has brought no result in spite of being told that the request has been placed on the "urgent" list and that she would be connected definately on 31December 2013. Our ref. No. is 90955847A. Please she needs her telephone to stay connected with her friends and family at this time.
