Made a purchase of Air Bed on the 2nd of December morning, and haven't received my order as yet. I've tried to call so many times to change my address as I was using work address and due to December holidays wanted to change it to home address and they couldn't allow me to, promised ill have my order before my last day at work else they will give me a call for home address. no call received.
I've called them several times now, just to ask them to check if my order was sent to courier yet and they cant even trace that. they always promise to call me back after they have call the courier co.
the lady call Michelle, whom I spoke to today assured me to call me back after my 5th call I've made.
ill patiently wait for her call. I need my order or refund ASAP.
after that ill unsubscribe on their site.
