I ordered my Lenovo Tablet and it was supposed to be delivered by 19 December. Infact I have an e-mail from Kalahari stating as much.
My order number is 1001206280 (for the record) upon placing my order I called the help center to change my delivery address from my house in Polokwane to the Eastern Cape where I am on holiday
In the e-mail I noticed that they still had my delivery address I replied to the e-mail repeating the new address and calling them a 2nd time to change the address. Kalahari neglected to in form RTT the courier company and my package ended up in Polokwane. After several phone calls a new package was supposed to be sent to me. This never happened. 30 December and I still have nothing and RTT still haven't got the right address.
Truly poor service I doubt that I would use Kalahari a gain.
