Since September 2013 my account has been debited by R7 a day by a company known as Cellspice. I have never authorized the company to do this and yet Vodacom has allowed this company to continually transact over my account without my knowledge. I have been calling Vodacom endlessly wanting to know how and why they have allowed this to happen, Vodacom has been forwarding my calls from one agent to another without any resolution. I am very annoyed with this and would like all money's reimbursed. My data card number is 0765504040.
