Same complaint as all the other people about cellspice. Getting billed for something i did not ask for. The problem is as much that of Vodacom as Cellspice. How can Vodacom add something to my account that I have not signed a contract for? Surely this is illegal .! I feel that Vodacom is responsible for refunding me, since it is them that take my money.
