I called Vodacom to query my account on Tuesday evening after I discovered that my bill came to R1 200 for the month since April. Vodacom's customer service tells me that a company called Opera Telecom is responsible for the deduction which was made without my consent. This evening I received an SMS on my Data SIM telling me that I am now unsubscribed from something I never subscribed to. On Tuesday the lady at the Vodacom call centre promised me that Vodacom would make sure that the money would be paid into my account. Is illegal transaction has now made me suffer a financial loss of R1 200 and Vodacom is not helping me to get my money back. Could you please help me in this instant?
