I submitted my complaint about Vodacom on Hello Peter on the 27th November 2013. I received a call from their customer care department and was promised that my issue would be referred to the Network division. I received a call from the Network division on the 28th November and was promised that my data contract would be cancelled free of charge. To my surprise, the contract is still active and I am being billed for it.
This cannot go on like this!!!
