Dont Die while under contract with Vodacom

On the 21st of November 2013 We appealed an decision from Vodacom to levy about a 50% cancellation fee against a deceased estate. His Wife and I went personally to Vodacom in Vodaworld ad tried to see the legal department. NO such luck. Don't try and reach them on a phone either, they are not open for the public. We felt at the time, that we could personally sort it out in a professional manner what a laugh We felt that Vodacom and still do that Vodacom is not in the spirit of the Consumer Protection Act levying a reasonable cancellation fee. We sat through their queing system just to be told hand it in and we will forward it to Legal. The same Legal Department with a so called 3 day response. Their email response promised an attempt to resolve al matters with in 3 days We have now had six weeks and no communication yet on our appeal. Matter of fact please plan your dying in such a manner that you can cancel your contracts first and at their end otherwise Vodacom will charge high excessive fees to your estate. Pls don't leave this earth with remaining contracts with Vodacom. You may rest in peace but your family will not.
