No response from Vodacom Legal Department

Still no response from Vodacom Legal Department since January 2013 when correspondence were sent to the Legal Department. This happened after no feedback on a query since September 2012!

I only get the same response every time: "I have escalated the matter for you, Mr Viljoen"!!
