I have complaint about a bad experience I had with your contact centre that occured in 2010, you've been quick to respond but still had no positive feedback. I would like to know how Virgin Active endeavours to repay the money deducted from my account during 2010 for a cellphone that I've returned unopened. This money amounts more than R3000, this excludes the amount and time spent calling your offices in Johannesburg. Please be advised that my bank account details had since been changed.
