Following a call from the Call Centre I accepted a "new"latest model Nokia to be sent to me upon giving my personal details including my bank details for a small debit order to deducted from my account. On receipt of my phone I found it to be a very old, discontinued model of Nokia! I repackaged the phone and had it returned to the addressed of Virgin Mobile. I contacted the company to check if the package was received and received confirmation and a promies that my money will be repaid, but after several more phone calls no money was received. In the months that followed a total of more than R3000 was deducted from my account and up till today, 2013, I was not refunded a cent! HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY FROM A CALL CENTRE??
