Account under limit - PHONE SOFT LOCKED

Since Sunday, 05 January 2014, my Business Cellphone has been Soft Locked. The account has been paid in full as per last Debit Order on 20/12/2013. According to the account information on the Internet, the Balance on the account is R399.76. All bundles still have content available. I phoned at 07:45, they tell me to call 0821940 after 08:00 which I did. When I spoke to an agent, they said the call limit of R1250 has been reached and I should phone 082 1941 at 09:00. For some reason, the balance is FAR under the call limit and no-one can assist. At 09:00, I call the above number, the automated service requests ID or Access Code, I enter my ID and it says that it does not exist, but I should have two accounts with Vodacom. No-one can help or assist and I cannot use my Business Contract!!!
