FNB TREATING CUSTOMER BADLY

I TOOK A LOAN WITH FNB AND THAT WHERE MY NIGTHMARE STARTED I DID APPLY IN JUNE 2010 AND THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DEBIT END OF JUNE 2010 WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN THEY STARTTED END jULY 2010. I GOT HOLD OF SOME MONEY AND SETTLED THE LOAN WITH FNB BEFORE END OF JULY 2010. I HAD A FEW ARGUMENTS WITH CONSULTANTS FROM FNB CLAIMING THAT THE ACCOUNT IS STILL ACTIVE AND I KEEP ON EXPLAINING AND THEY STOPPED CALLING KNOW NOVEMBER 2013 THEY START AGAIN SENDING ME SMS THE ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN AND I NEED TO PAY A LOAN WHICH I KNOW IS SETTLED FNB IS TRTYING TO ROB ME FROM MY MONEY THEY SENT ME A NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER LISTED BELOW WHICH IS NEW TO ME
