Contract was not explain correct

After speaking to vodacom headoffice, i went to clearwater mall to give the phone back and to cancell my contract, when i got there the guy who did the upgrade Peter help me and i advice him he did not tell me there is a limit on the bbm and its only bbm text, so the contract was renewed with False pretenses, i ask to cancell, then the store manager Aswin said he will call me back as soon as he can get through to whoever as they have skeleton staff working and then i can cancell the contract. i went to Clear water Tuesday and till today not Ashwin or Peter called me back. Is this the type op managers or store vodocom sell a franchise to who cant deliver service. i called everyday now Ashwin is off sick, Peter on leave, Pascall will get the standin Manager a lady to call me still no call. sies i think after 13 years i need to look for another cellphone service provider who is and willing to deliver customer service. If i dont get a reply today i will call the Ombudsmen and i will report this to the consumers act. This is going on from the 31st of Dec 2013
