Iv got a contract with mtn which i took long time ago and have upgraded two years ago.i recently had a problem at my work place and went to them advising that i want to cancell my contract since im due for an upgrade as of novermber! called through to 808 customer service and they told me to go to a nearest mtn store to cancell which i did and was told by Lala Themane from Maponya mall mtn store that it will defenetly be cancelled but i will receive a call from her manager confirming the cancellation but that never happend i went to cancel on the 20.11.2013 and month ened they still took money from my account.please help as i cannot afford to have a contract phone this morning they sent me an sms saying my contract will only end 2014 february and iam Not happy with that at all thats cheating and i will be taking this further.
