I have a top up contract with vodacom. in December my whatsapp and BBM stopped working. i called voda customer care to find out what was happening and i was told that my contract had expired and i need to upgrade so i had to load BIS for myself and pay it separate from the monthly instalment that i pay. 2 weeks ago i called them to cancell my contract but was told that i cant cancell it as my contract had not yet expired and it only expires in Feb. so i asked that if that is the case then why am i purchasing BIS on a monthly basis cause it supposed to be part of the package till the contract expires. the lady who assisted me informed me that she also does not understand why it has been happening and she told me that she is going to have a further look into the matter and call me back as i was holding the line for a long time. to date i have not received any feedback from them
