I upgrade my contract with vodacom and i was told the bbms are included in the deal, i could not understand why my airtime was going because i was only sending and receiving bbm, I phone vodacom and spoke to Ron, very incompetent as he could not tell me that vodacom only activated the free bbm's from Feb, and he prommised me that i will get a call back from a manager within an hour, an hour went and no one called me i called back and spoke to Ash, again told him the whole story and he was the one telling me i will be paying for bbm as the service is only free from next year Feb, i there and then told him to cancell this contract as this was not what i was told and i will take this to the consumer act, Ash then ask me to hold and said he got autherisation to activate the bbm from the 1st of Jan 2014. this is unexceptable i want my money refunded today and everyday i could not use this phone. if not i will block my bank account and i will cancell all the contracts on my name. this is the ref from Ron: S3-T94A1-139P
