I have upgraded my daughters cellphone contract online on the 03 of March 2013. the phone is still not delivered, although the promise on the website is that they will deliver within 3 days. I have been to vodacom at Mooirivier Mall in potchefstroom, and the very unfriendly unhelpful lady told us that the order is processed and i must wait. I feel that the service rendered by Vodacom is very bad. They must deliver the phone before Friday 15 march, or cancell my contract.
