I had a problem with my network this weekend and when I called in the call centre and told them about my problem and Preciuois told me she cannot assist me unless I have 5 numbers of the people who are experiencing the same problem, because she needs to send 5 number through to the networking department. where was I supposed to get those numbers, I mean really I was phoning in for me and not anybody else, was I supposed to go knocking at other people's doors or stop the cars in the street and get their numbers so that I could be assisted. I didnt appreciate the services I got and its the second time this is happening. I wanted to go buy an a new phone from Vodacom but after being treated like a number and couldnt be assisted and had to see for myself how do i solve the network problem I was having this weekend I really didnt appreciate the way I was treated as a customer and I think I will go to other networks because I just cannot rely on this services provider, what is customer care for if I cant be assisted and have to have 5 numbers to report network problem? I wasnt assisted and was just told clearly that I couldnt be helped.
