I have a problem with my Telkom line. I can make outgoing calls and people hear me, but with incoming calls it's only the person placing the call that can hear me... I cannot hear them. In a restaurant this is very frustrating as I cannot hear customers to make bookings, converge with suppliers etc. I call the Call Centre, go through all the voice prompts and right at the end where I am supposed to be transferred to an operator, I am cut off. This happened on numerous occasions today. WHAT THE?!?!?!?!?!?
