Bad voice and data service quality

I just switched from Vodacom to Cell C and the quality of the voice network is horrible. I work in JHB CBD and live in Randburg so its not as if I am in a remote area. I expected much better. The worst of it is that I am charged for calls where the voice quality so bad that it is inaudible. When someone calls me the phone sometimes does not ring. Instead I receive a sms stating that I had a missed call a few minutes later.
