New customer care policy - ignore them

Been trying to resolve my problem since last year. If I get answers its blunt and arrogant, otherwise I just get ignored in the hope I go away. Not what I am paying for unless you can show me the contract that I signed where it allows you to treat me like something the cat dragged in.
