CONTRACT ACTIVATED ON WRONG PACKAGE

November 2013 I took out a contract with this Altech branch. Being very specific with the consultant about wanting a top up because the device would be used by a 10 year old she still activated my account on an open line. On the copy of my contract it does not state anything about open line or top up and I was assured by the consultant everything was done exactly how I wanted it. I was given false information from day one and I am now fed up!! I've been running after Altech since December and nothing has been done. The shop has been sending head office emails continuously and still nothing is done. Because of a consultants mistake I'm going to get blacklisted! This is unacceptable! I work in sales and know how things are supposed to be done and frankly this is very unprofessional. I will never take support this company again! I refuse to pay the high bill that has come since December because of a consultants mistake. Something needs to be done ASAP!!
