Altech Autopage Receiving payment but cutting line

My usual debit order went off on the 1/8/2013 yet 5 days later, Altech Autopage still cuts my line and bills me for reconnection which I was promised by Lynette would only take 10 min. Yet after 1hr 30 min Ayanda promises another 30min, during which she would escalate the matter as a matter of urgency to her superior Collin Apoli. Worst service ever, but why would they care it is not them being inconvenienced!! I confirmed with Patrick at the Altech Autopage Irene Mall Branch, whom confirmed that he could pick up on their system that the amount of R830.50 was received by Altech Autopage on the 1/8/2013 against the transaction nr of 99261352, and that it was still not allocated to my account by the 5th August - what are the accounts department doing for 5 days - taking a lunch break??? Due to their incompetence they go ahead and cut my line and also charge me an admin fee because of this!!! I have regretted opening a contract with Altech Autopage as I have only had issues with them since I started in December of 2012. Don't ever take out a cellphone contract with them!!! Worst service provider ever!!! My line is still not active 4hrs and counting...
