I always buy Internet bundles with them and they always disappears without me using them and when I call your customer care always I don't get answers or your agents will drop the phone on my ear. Either they will Tell me I went to the Internet on the time I know I didn't and they deny to give me the answers to say which site I went to. I'm very disappointed in their service as always they can't help me. Their agent are useless they only know to tell you to call later because their system hasn't updated. Today I spoke to Marvin at about 19:00 who told me same thing to call back later.
