We applied for a ADSL line and Wifi router in December 2012 and received the device in January 2013. We battled to get the device to work and and the technician SAM came out numerous times to help us sort out the problem. They then conclude that the device is faulty and they replaced it with a new one. AGAIN we battled to get the device to work with our computer. After i spoke to a technician over the phone they came to realize that our apple mac computers are not compatible with their device. Every time they give me a code to put in the computer rejects it. We again phone SAM to tell him about the problem and he said he will come and collect the device and HE will right a report to telkom to state our problem because we did not have any reference nr from call ctres because we dealt with him directly and we believe that we got good service and help from him. But from JANUARY we are still paying for ADSL line and the device which we NEVER used.
Every time we phone accounts the say they cannot cancel the cervices because we do not have a reference nr. SAM is now not answering his phone and his promises to help us solve this problem is now empty promises.
