I have a net-surfer 7" i use it every day and one day it just stop working screen went white i immediately called Future Mobile Technology spoke to Matt he ask me to send it to them for a assessment i ask him to give me a ball park amount of cost for the repair and he told me and i was ok with paying as my unit was out of warranty already and i have been using it for 2 years with no problems... Matt called me back later in the week after he got the tablet and check it out. Now i work for the biggest online retail company in the world based in USA we do things for customers that no other retailer can do but now i beg to differ Matt called me knowing im out of warranty and did a good will repair on my net-surfer i was blown away with this kind of service in south Africa its unheard off... A BIG THANK YOU TO MATT FOR TAKING CARE OF ME
