I bought net surfer at Pep in November 2012 and last week on the 17-01-2013 the screen just died on the following day i took it to pep and when i got there they told me that i need to courier it to cape town with my own money of which that was not disclosed the time i bought the phone all i know is that the phone has a guarantee/warranty. I am really disappointed as i bought the phone with hard earned money and still after paying that much i still have to pay to send it for diagnosis. To make things worse the pep people and net surfer people act as if its normal that i should pay for getting my phone diagnosed, trust me after this i'm never gonna recommend the phone to my friend and family even strangers i am so angry and its not even 4 months yet...
