I purchased 3D Wall Art D? cor and was referred to CRSA 3D Design by Wall Art D? cor. I contacted Matt Coetzee to install the product in my house. He came to inspect job and sent through a quote. I paid him 50% upfront. We scheduled a date. Nobody arrived for the job (Wed). I contacted Matt and he apologised as team got caught up at another job and he rescheduled for next day. No one arrived again. Matt advised that his team was in a car accident and he would send his team again the following day (Fri). No one arrived AGAIN!! I contacted Matt again and he advised that he had not transport for his crew. I advised he would come the following week Monday and yet no one arrived AGAIN!!! I then started to become impatient and requested he give me a reasonable date. He scheduled for a week later (A Wednesday) and yet again him nor his team arrived. After various phone calls to Matt I eventually got hold of him and requested he rather pay our deposit back as I did not appreciate such bad service. He agreed to do this on the 14 March 2013 and to this date we have not received our money back. This constitutes as and we want our money back for the Non existent service received from Matt.
