Ok, this might be a small thing. I went to MTN at Brooklyn mall (The small one next to yale) to get screen protectors for my iPhone 4s. I asked the guy if they had any, he said no they do not and redirected me to another store in the mall that may have. But, as I walked out I saw them hanging on the wall. I pointed it out to the guy. He apologised and immediately walked over to help. He then pointed out that it is the matt one. I don't want a matt one so turned to walk out. As we left the store he suddenly came running behind me saying he just found the normal ones on a different hanger. I mean, he could've been all nasty but he went the extra mile. After the sale he apologised for the mistakes. Thank you for going the extra mile for me as a customer!
