In January I purchased a new car. Cautious to spend the bank's money and not getting the right cover, I approached a broker to get the best guidance.
I explained to the broker (Matthew Bowe) at B-Sure-Africa that I wanted cover that would put me back in the position I was should something happen to the vehicle. He got me cover from Anderson. Assured that Matt has done his homework and got me the best cover at the best price, I agreed to take the Anderson policy without much hesitation.
Three weeks later my car was written off, a total loss. (Accident wasn't my fault) Since I lodged the claim, Matt has disappeared, I have dealt with 4 other consultants since him at B-Sure, no one could give me straight forward answers, and it later came to light that the insurance Matt got me, wasn't at all what I asked for. I spent hours on the phone calling them, they rarely called me to give updates.
After complaining to them numerous times, I'm still getting bad service.
I will never use a broker again. And I will most certainly NEVER recommend B-Sure-Africa to anyone.
It would be nice if Matt returned my email or calls and explain to me why he sold me a in a can!
