How to waste an hour doing a one minute jo

Decided to get bis on my BlackBerry again so dialed 111 and followed the useless voice prompts 59 rand was deducted waited 3 hours still nothing so did it again then suddenly gt charged for both and had 2 months service always Gud to buy in bulk for a month to month service so phoned to get a refund and gt told. Sorry we need to transfer u gave them all the details. To which I was told we need ur physical address and it was highly illiterate so transfered me again seems right they need ur physical address so as they can hand deliver the refund ya right then it put me on hold bt actually transferred me again to another department where they said they will phone me back thanks Vodacom for been ur useless poor service provider selves somethings never change
