Out of stock and Incorrect delivery address

I purchased items using the [URL Removed] website on the 2nd of January 2013, which was successful but then while I was still waiting for my order I received an "Out of stock" e-mail on the 11th of January apologizing that they are currently out of stock for one item I had ordered. They gave me two options to either request for a refund or a voucher and I went for refund (Still I haven't received it even today on the 18th - this is supposed to take 7 days).

On Monday the 14th I phoned Zando wanted to follow up on my order as I was going on leave on the 16th wanted to find out if they were going to deliver by Wed the 17th Shalane from Zando then advised that the order will only be delivered on the 18th (Thursday) and I requested her to change the address and have the items delivered to my physical address instead of my work address. I received a call on Thursday from the CourierIT delivery personnel informing me that he is at my workplace delivering the goods and I told him I am not at work and I had made an arrangement with Zando to have these items delivered to my physical address instead. CourierIT keeps on updating their TraceIT with "Contact Not Available" while they didn't.
