Debit order not as per contract

We have lodged complain with Vodacom with an overcharge since September, 2013
Our contract is for R99.00p/m with our 3G card number 0823105796 with no result from Vodacom.
the following amount has been taken off our account. 2ndSeptember, R170.33
October was for R99.00 November, 2013 R113.00
December, 2013 R294.99 and January 2014R189.99
We visited Vodacom office in Vanderbijlpark but they has not sorted out our account.
Please help us!
