Not willing to help

In the last 6 months I have tried several times at different branches to change my physical address and postal address (I don't know where Capitec got this address, unknown to me). Supported evidence as on my municipality acc with my physical address on it they refuse to accept. I would love to get this information corrected but feel helpless. Is there any one at Capitec that can help, please?
