Incorrect billing

I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung and Mtn did not disconect my bis so I went in to change the 2 months R117 bis to a cerdit for me and after that Mtn changed it to a debit for me and I had to pay twice that amount. I went in to tell them again about this and they said they will fix it just to get an sms this morning from Mtn saying that I still owe them R117 and if I dont pay they will turn of my services. I am sick of Mtn billing me for this and I am waiting for them to turn off my services and then all will break loos as they are the ones owe me R234 and not me them. I already paid the money but refuse to pay the last moths money and I am expecting a full cash refund from Mtn.
