Integrat

To my surprise i found out Integrat are taking money from my phone (0836452205)? I did not subscribe to any of their. I receive my billing last month and found R117.99 unexplained. I then decided to remove the sim from my phone and put it in my safe (not using it at all) To my surprise this month billing R135.98 (Sim card still in my safe and not in use) I phoned my service provider Nashua Mobile and provide me with the details of Integrat.i wrote e-mails to Integrat and they just reply they will unsubscribe my number. I want my money refunded. These so called providers are taking money of people without the agreeing to it. I do not have a itemising billing on my phone if i had i would have picked this up sooner. What about the pre-paid customers the are taking money from for something they did not subscribe to. Is their anyway how we can stop these people and how can we know if they are taking money unlawfully from pre-paid accounts.
